There have been many changes in the past couple of weeks that has tested my will. A deliverance of uncertainty regarding career prospects, training opportunities as well as personal relationships. I felt overwhelmed by having to make a decision. I chose to take time to reflect, it helped me reorganise my thoughts as well as help assess where I am in relation to my goals. I felt calm… Reflection is something I will plan into my week as part of myself care routine to reduce stress that uncertainty can bring. As oppose to using reflection in an reactive way.
Why not take time to reflect. After three thirty minute reflective sessions. Let me know your experiences were using reflective thinking.
