What is in your wellness toolkit?

It has been awhile… Life happened there was a lot of disappointments but in balance positive surprises. I felt great achievement how I reacted to challenging situations. I put it to being present using self care. I reached out to friends for a catch up which lifted how I felt and journaled. Those activities helped me decipher why I was feeling the way I was. This changed the way I would have normally reacted.

When ever you feel like life is challenging you. Pick up the phone or mobile, call or text a confidant. Or why not try journaling? Write what the challenges are, why you are feeling the way you are and next to it list strategies that will help elevate overwhelming emotions. There you have it a toolkit if strategies for wellness.
